CATERFARE GUIDE TO VENDING

The following is a basic guide when considering a vending service and also clarifies the basic terms you will encounter.

Our web site is designed to give you just a flavour of the considerable number of machines available today and is just a small selection of the various sizes and types of machine we can supply.

Trying to establish usage levels will be the most important aspect of determining the most appropriate capacity machine for your needs as personal consumption can vary enormously effecting both configuration of choices and your preferred payment system. Several of the machines available today can have their configuration of consumables adjusted once preferred snacks of beverages become evident with use, particularly with Snack and Can machines.

Regarding siting, with the exception of machines filled manually mains water needs to be closely available and the mains power providing a 13amp socket is required for both types.

Unless you specifically request certain machines our operated service will be available and includes filling and cleaning. Our staff will regularly call at your site during normal weekday hours. If there are any operational issues relating to your premises we can tailor the service to your needs.

Our maintenance contracts cover all parts and labour charges associated with equipment provided, regardless of who fills and cleans the machines.

Ask about the numerous payment systems, which can vary from freevend, to cards, tokens or cash however the payment system you want may not be available on all machines.

In certain areas water filters would be an asset and contribute to drink quality.

Finally, if you are not sure about any of the terminology used here please refer to our glossary.
